Ciao Belly's retail location is located at: 730 Washington Street Hoboken NJ 07030.  We are open Monday through Friday 11-7pm and Saturday & Sunday 12-6pm. Shop online 24 hours a day 7 days a week!

We ship all order via USPS and offer Standard, 2-day and Next Day shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to be shipped. Please note business days are Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays).

Returns/Exchanges: All non-custom/special order items may be returned for exchange or store credit. All returns must be postmarked within 21 days from the date USPS delivers the package to you.

  • All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with the original ticketing and tags attached.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items.
Please contact Ciao Belly at info@ciaobelly.com to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number). Please include a copy of your invoice and write the RA# on the outside of the package. Send your return via USPS, UPS or FedEx to: Ciao Belly/Returns 730 Washington Street Hoboken, NJ 07030 We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event the package is lost. Items received without a RA # or beyond the 21 days will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. Ciao Belly does not pay for return shipping fees and we DO NOT accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.

Sales Tax: By law Ciao Belly must collect 7% sales tax on taxable items shipping within the state of New Jersey.
